  • Help clients harness the power of LCMS+
  • Advise on the curriculum management issues unique to healthcare education
  • Provide thought leadership to schools and programs
  • Deliver professional development and training initiatives
  • Capitalize on trends in assessment, accreditation and healthcare education to benefit our client partners

You could be our hero if your super-powers include:

  • Solid training experience, ideally in software and/or an academic environment
  • A deep understanding of healthcare education and its associated curriculum challenges
  • Experience as a super user of an LMS at a medical school or similar environment, or a course director or staff member in an Office of Medical Education or Curriculum
  • A desire to positively impact the public health by helping improve healthcare education
  • Being an exceptional presenter, listener and problem solver – and a genuinely nice person

In this role, you just might save the world by:

  • Providing ongoing training and professional development to clients
  • Working with the Director of Professional Development to design, produce and deliver multi-modal training activities and sessions for client schools (written, video, online, etc.)
  • Contributing actively to the enhancement of our product documentation
  • Working closely as part of our team to identify key curriculum and accreditation issues facing healthcare education programs
  • Bringing client ideas and comments back to the product team to ensure continual improvement of the LCMS+ product platform
